They have an amazing team of specialists. The office ladies are slated to make you happy, true customer service.
On one occasion I had to speak to a manager, she listened attentively and actively worked to find a solution.

The technicians consistently do a thorough job, and the service people in the office are courteous and prompt. I have only had to call once about seeing roaches around the house after a service. Bio-Tech sent out a technician the following day and they resprayed my entire house. I highly recommend them.hide
